Dr. Chalekson is a California native and has been practicing on the Central Coast of California since 2003. He is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is a member of the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, the American Association of Hand Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Chalekson has several published, peer-reviewed papers and has presented at many national and local plastic surgery meetings. He has won many honors and grants for his research and was honored with the best presentation paper at a prior Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation meeting. Dr. Chalekson established Kallos Surgery Center for the comfort and privacy of his patients.
